Hi Nenad,
Thanks for sending this over. The patch looks useful — being able to adjust
connect/queue/tarpit timeouts dynamically is a nice addition, especially
for setups that rely on  with place holder server entries. Including the
sample fetches makes it straightforward to walk through the behavior.
No issue on not using git send-email; the patch is clear as-is.
I’ll review the changes in more detail and follow up with any comments or
edge cases that come up.
