I think the next step would be to define the topics to the menu of the site.

Which items will be needed? To give an idea, may I suggest the following items:

 Start page with welcome msg & short about text

  A HTML version of /doc folder or any other material for support

  > Tutorials & Articles

     * Quick Start
     * Installing HB on Windows
     * Installing HB on Linux
    * Compiling from SVN

  > Sample applications
Small examples taken from the folder SAMPLES highlighting some of the many
  resources of the project:

    * Hello World
    * DBF operations
    * OOP
    * GUI samples
    * Linux
      etc...

  > Other Harbour documentation sites
    Various external links that have material support for the HB project.
  (Wikipedia, FAQ, Lists & News, etc.)

* Download
 > Binaries & Source
   A single option with link to SF.net with no text.

 > Auxiliar tools
   Bison, GCC, FLEX, Tortoise, download link

 > Snapshot builds
   A Small descriptive text with link for download.

 > Third-party Tools and Libraries
   Same as http://www.harbour-project.org/3rdparty.htm

 > FAQ
   Same as http://www.harbour-project.org/faq/harbour.html

 > History (if applicable)
