The only mail I got was clearly a request to do upload.

" View the controversy it creates, I propose to upload the following rdds: ..."

I clearly see the word "propose to" in this sentence !

Actually the project leaders are Przemyslaw and Viktor ( in alphabetic order ).

We've agreed time ago that nobody else can change the core code
without announcing it and waiting for their consensus and I don't see
any reason to change this rule now.

In particular RDD and "core" features are under Przemyslaw's control.

I kindly ask you to revert your changes in DBFCDX as requested by
Przemyslaw and Viktor and to respect the rules of the project in the
future.
