I'm trying to find a way to compile WinCE executable on WinXP. It is not very clear for me, what compilers/tools should be installed to do this? I prefer MinGW CE, but googling does not give an answer, that mingw CE is. Are "mingwce" and "cegcc" the same thing? (It seems cegcc is for linux). Where can I find mingwce? Do I need msys also? (I prefer do not use it).
