Wow! I still had an idea in my mind to try port ptmalloc or nedmalloc in
spare time, because plain dlmalloc is not good for MT.
Usually I look at details of your changes, but I've never noticed that
we have such feature from 2009-03-29. Thanks for _DLMT_!
