After building QT static libs it was possible to build hbide linked
statically to qt.
The hbide main window opens ok and most the controls function well, but the
source button which results in Visual C++ Runtime Library error message
"This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information".
Seems to be a xbpFileDialog problem in hbide:selectSource method.
