If you mean Windows 64-bit, it's included in unified installer since beta1, with libs for both MSVC and mingw64, and also x64 tools and .dll. If you mean OS X, it's also available in Intel 64-bit binary form. For the rest it depends on builders, but for sure it's easy to build from official source on any 64-bit *nix system.
