It's not that much different, only that they seem to rank Pelles C higher than us. Pelles C is good in features, easy to use, but it's full of serious bugs (and nobody's bug reports were answered since last years August, apparently because the author doesn't seem to be around since then), and the code generated is among the slowest. It's more of less equivalent to BCC in this regard. So for users concerned about execution speed and reliability the position between MinGW and MSVC is very much overstated. The rest of the rank is okay. I'd only leave LCC and DMC off of it, since they are pretty much (or completely) dead products.
