The shortwave transmitter on 11787 has been on most of the day, though apart from early this morning there has been hardly any perceptible modulation. We did get a recording at 0550 UTC while they were attempting to broadcast Saddam's speech. I also heard an interesting milcom on 11175 at 1332 UTC today. Both recordings and other observations are in our Iraq media dossier at http://www.rnw.nl/realradio/features/html/iraq030319.html
