Crazy Wave Radio, 06-08-03, 2300-2400 SIO: 2/2-/2-. The signal was first noted at 2256 UTC. From 2256-2320 static made it very difficult to read the signal. After 2320, the signal became more readable and I could recognize the lyrics to the music. At all times during the reception, there was background QRM interference from what sounded like numerous shortwave stations.
