Dear DX Friends,
Today I got a long, personal reply from Sudan Radio Service (SRS), which is the new name for Sudan Independent Radio Service. SRS is a new service committed to peace and development for Sudan. V/s Jeremy Grace is the Radio Programming Advisor and he told me that on Thursday, 7th of August they started their first “regular” broadcast with identification liners and some news in several languages of Sudan, including English, plus music. Broadcasts are 16.00-17.00 on 17630 kHz and 17.00-18.00 on 17660 kHz. Jeremy Grace can be reached via e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED] .
