I listened for Thailand on 7260 kc at my local sunrise of 1109 UTC and there it was at 
+20 db over S9 with a fairly stable signal as far as fading and flutter. It's still 
+20 over S9 at 1220 UTC. Though I logged the Thailand VOA relay station back in 1983 
this is my first logging of their internal service. I imagine that they are using the 
old VOA transmitters and curtain antennas.
