Spent most of my radio time searching for longwave NDB's, but kept checking for transpacific hets. First het was 738khz heard at 0620z, weak ... then 1503khz first heard at 0650z, also very weak, both on my west EWE. QRN got to be too much after 0700z from some thunderstorms 35 miles south of me, QRN peaking S9+20db.
