hi mike got a station also on 3280 this morning 0645utc
very weak can't even certify its in Spanish Voz del Napo (Ecuador) is the most likely ID but not certain here did u get a clear announcement ? also last night 2230-2305gmt (i had to sleep afterwards) there was a weak Latinamerican station on 4900v YL kept talking in a monotonous voice, very low in key, hard to grasp anything. Spanish is sure and i heard "Colombia" once no music only a short jingle that sounded andean had a problem to ascertain carrier as tuning on LSB and USB did not match any clues ??
