The special EDXC QSL has been received here, v/s Alexander B. of the St. Petersburg DX Club.
As reminder: the special EDXC transmission was on the air on 22-Oct-2006, 1000-1100 UTC via the facilities of Popovka/Krasny Bor, 200 kW, with the kind assistance and support of Radio Gardarika. Frequency listened to was 15640 kHz; 12010 kHz was a lot poorer, - here in Munich, Germany. Dr. Anton J.
