Dear Friends, While monitoring AIR Regional stations, I noted AIR PortBlair on 4764 kHz at 0100 UTC. By 0117 UTC the frequency drifted downwards and noted on 4963 kHz. Usually they were on 4760 kHz. Seems that they are suffering from some sort of transmitter problem and not like what happened at Guwahati few weeks ago!
