Russia, 6140, Voice of Russia, (PRES)1100-1200 Noted a program of Vietnamese Language(?) comments and features by both a male and female. Whenever program went to reports, they were in Russian. Interspersed were musical selections of Russian music. Not sure if language was Vietnamese, but it sounded like it. Signal was fair. This may be relayed via Chita. All hard copy sources say this should be scheduled between 1200 to 1300 UTC vice 1100 to 1200 UTC on this freq (Chuck Bolland, November 20, 2007)
