Bolivia, 6134.80, Radio Santa Cruz, 1036-1045, Initially noted a female and
later a male conducting somekind of instruction/training
session. This continued until 1041 when music followed by canned
promos were presented. Signal was fair with Het interferring.

Noise was very bad this morning. Hardly a signal noted on 4 MHz
this morning while just the stronger stations audible on 6 MHz.
