Another Japanese QSL in the mail today. One thing you can say about
these Japanese stations is that they are polite and prompt.
1053 JOAR Nagoya. CBC QSL card with views of Mie, Gifu and Aichi. Also
stickers for CBC Radio Campaign. Back in just 10 days for IRC. No
Veri-signer .
Also yesterday
1179 JOOR Osaka. Japan. Letter and card back in an amazing 9 days.
Veri-signer: Rieko Ueshima (Mainichi Broadcasting System Inc.)
710 WOR New York. Standard blue card with picture of mast.
Veri-signer:Thomas R Ray, III CPBE (Vice President/Corporate Director of

China, 4460, Central People's Broadcasting,(pres) 1110-1130 Just stumbled
on this as
I was tuning around looking for Laos on 4 MHz. Noted a female and male in
Chinese language comments during the period. Signal was threshold at the
time
and could tell if it was fading in or fading out. By 1124 it seemed to be
the later.

music
with a female commenting in Indonesian between tunes. Signal was good as
the
