In case you haven`t heard, RRI underwent a renaissance last year with several 
new transmitters and antennas. You should check out their full schedule. Became 
much easier to hear with excellent audio. I was just listening to the Romanian 
service this morning, 1300-1500 on 15170, 11940.

Not Brasil, but Portugal. 2100 is the scheduled closing of this frequency to 
Europe. On weekends they have an extended transmission on 9795, where the game 
probably continued, tho I have not checked it.
