just heard an UNID English broadcast on 7355 kHz. Identified by Radio Prague
IS at 23.54 UTC (27 Nov 2009), close-down after one fanfare. Should have
been on 7345! SINPO 35322. Mistake or permanent change? 7345 is free, at
least here in the middle of the target area.
