Unident, 6199.96, 1012-1030, Noted a carrier here using the WR G305e, but no audio. Retuned this freq using the HF1000 and had a male and female in comments. This continues, but can't identify the language being used. At 1023 music heard. This could be China, but could not hear it well enough to confirm?
