tuned up with their IS blocking Victoria. However, noted a male and later a female in Spanish comments with Victoria. Signal was fair then, but afterwards was poor. During this a male gave canned ID with frequencies and times. At 0915 music commences. Signal was fair. At 0930 a male talks in English briefly. This followed by one canned Ad and then live English comments again. At 0931 back to music. Signal was fair. After he finishes with the comments the music continues. Signal was poor. Noted words like Palabra and Dios during comments. However, at 1005 religious comments ceased and a male began commenting in Portuguese as the program turned to secular type music and Portuguese. Signal was fair. Initially I thought I had "LOgos"!
