Nothing on 13570 at 1251 check. I was listening for ID on 9265 but cut off during music at 1258:55*. By 1309 next check, 13570 was up and running with more YL preaching, undermodulated, hum and same wobble. So what does the WINB online schedule http://www.winb.com/schedule.htm show now? It`s dated today March 4 already. But still claims to be on 13570 at 1200-1659 EST, 9265 at 1700-2300 EST! (= 1700-2159, 2200-0400 UT respectively for another week until DST). Yet, right below that the Sunday program schedule starts at 6 am = 1100 UT, while weekdays it`s from 1700 or later, Saturdays from 1345.
