A proper QSL was received today from Cro Topolna. It indicates that power is 
now 50 kW.
Nice to receive real printed QSL-card! These are rare nowadays.

It was officially announced today that the Topolna longwave transmitter on 
270kHz will stay in operation for another 3 years but not without changes. 
Current high power transmitter (750kW) will be replaced by a new 50kW 
transmitter.
