Some of this is rather misleading: 11840 does not replace 17720; it replaces 13680 in B-13
11670 does not replace 17720; it replaces 13680 in B-13 (when after 2200) 13740 does not replace 17705, which was not in use in B-13 (nor I think is 13740 yet in A-14) 11670 at 23-04 is not a NF and does not replace 11680; 11670 was already in use in B-13 (except for an occasional error).
