S=9+30dB or -47dBm powerhouse, Michigan reception point
strait in mainlobe of 10degr azimuth out of TITAN bcast center,
broadband 2 x 9 kHz wide signal.
Sweet canciones played at 0645 UT on June 14.
6060even fq RHC English, at 0647 UT interview with US professor
and students on Illinois? university.
2 x 9 kHz wide broadband audio signal.
Talk on ecological change, S=9 signal.
6099.999 accurate measured frequency RHC English, 2 x 9.8 kHz wide signal,
S=9+15dB or -59dBm logged in remote unit in Michigan.
What happened here ? :
6164.9985 on lower side to be accurate, RHC with FAULTY transmitter,
VERY LOW MODULATED !
In total US(NJ, NY, MI) and Alberta-CAN:
only S=6-7 poor signal, or -84dBm, rather only carrier seen,
nothing to understand of RHC program content.
Bauta transmitter switched off at 07.00:50 UT.

0653 UT on June 14. Music part 2 x 9 kHz wide, but spoken part smaller

originate from southern 'winter' hemisphere condition part.
