heard at 1516 UT on Aug 3, scheduled 15-16 UT, S=9 or -72dBm, in local skip
zone of remote RSA-AFS unit.

VATICAN STATE 15550 Radio Dabanga, Sudanese Arabic program,
noted at 1545 UT on Aug 3, S=9+15dB or -58dBm logged here
in southern Germany.
Transmission channel disturbed by lot variety of buzz tone carriers on
adjacent from Sudanese security forces origin? like a garden fence:
+8200 Hz, +6800 Hz, +1200 Hz, +100 Hz, -200 Hz, -1200 Hz, -3000 Hz,
-4400 Hz, and -5800 Hz.
Another transmission carrier nearby on 15555v kHz seemingly belong to US
WJHRadio International outlet at 1556 UT on Aug 3. When checked immediatelly
at 1610 UT in Detroit Michigan remote unit, noted USB mode signal in audio
range of 15555.200 to 15557.700 kHz at S=7 or -81dBm signal strength, but
audio characteristic was much smaller on 'water can' sound, like a telephone
line audio 'in old days' was.

EGYPT. 9745.0, August 2 at 0142, R. Cairo at S4, warbling carrier with low
roar, no Arabic programming audible. Suspected same transmitter switched to
12085 after 0200, but the sound of it does not match exactly.
9315.0, August 2 at 0145, R. Cairo is roaring with unreadable talk
modulation, no spurs this time.
9965.0, August 2 at 0146, R. Cairo, S9+20 with lite whine and trace of
Arabic modulation (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
