Europeans (and some Americans) may be unaware that North America goes off DST November 6 [at 0600 UT in Maine when 2 am EDT becomes 1 am EST], so that would be 01 UT Sunday Nov 6, but from Nov 13 after our DST ends, at 02 UT Sundays --- if the sked must be expressed in ``Eastern``.
