They signed on early today ,about 1356UTC. I did not note that mystery Chinese language carrier as Oman was already on. Someone suggest it could be Oman coming up with a test feed and shutting off, but I highly doubt it.
Oman was S9+40 on peaks here in NW PA at 1440UTC with english language pop music as a relay of 90.4 Oman FM.
