At 1000-1005 UT noted EMPTY carrier on exact 9700.0 kHz,
S=9+25dB signal strength in Greece and Italy remote SDRs,
probably SPC-NURTS Sofia Kostinbrod signal ?
but at 1010 UT tune-in noted digital STANAG signal of ?FORCES? somewhere ?
on 3 kHz broadband block, 9700-9703 kHz wide. Nov 17. 73 wb
