Radio Nacional, Brasil, 11780.008 kHz, seems to be working on the transmitter. Good signal here in Maryland around 2030, but it periodically drops off the air for a few seconds, as if someone is making adjustments. No sign of the FM-y blob that Glenn Hauser was reporting. Shortly before 1800, R. Nacional was heard with a good carrier but very low modulation. (Art Delibert, North Bethesda, MD, 12/25/17)
