Colin, that video of the Woodpecker is actually very close to Chernobyl,
Ukraine.  This one was the transmitter portion of the OTH radar array,
while the receiver complexes were located elsewhere (I'm pretty certain I
drove by one west of Lviv, Ukraine a few years ago).  73,  Walt
