** ALBANIA [non]. 9395, April 6 at 0200, R. Tirana via WRMI is back in English!
After at least a week in Italian. Maybe resumed yesterday when I did not check
(Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)

** ARGENTINA [non]. 9395, April 6 at 0102, RAE via WRMI opening English with
almost-correct schedule as Tue-Sat 1 AM UT on 9395 --- no mention of 9455 which
I reconfirm as //, and it`s better across the bulk of North America aimed WNW
than 9395 to NNW (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)

** BRAZIL. 9630.584v, April 5 at 0537, R. Aparecida in song, poor signal and
way off+frequency plus instead of slightly minus. JBA on 11855.80v (Glenn
Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)

** CANADA. 2749-USB, April 6 at 0152, synthyl with marine weather, surprisingly
giving a Washington DC address with zipcode; 0158 mentions Cape Breton,
Northumberland Strait to Quebec border; 0159 seems to switch to a different
synthyl voice. CCG lists VCS Halifax via Chebogue NS site starting at 0140
(Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)

** CHINA [non]. 9580, April 6 at *0100:45, CRI relay via CUBA, carrier comes on
late, JIP English modulation at 0101:40. So back to scheduled English instead
of Spanish as heard UT April 1. Stronger than 9570 same via ALBANIA, weakening
further and 0111 hit by brief running-water ute burst, INTRUDER (Glenn Hauser,
OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)

** CUBA. 15438, 15506, 15574; 15302, 15234, 15166, 15098, approx., 1424 April
5, FM blob spurs out of RHC 15370-AM. Clear FM audio on the closests,
progressively degraded further beyond, to a trace at the outskirts. Something`s
always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)

** CUBA [and non]. 9490, April 5 at 0143, R. República via RMI via Issoudun,
FRANCE, with good signal tonight, no doubt about it, over the jamming and
nothing on 7350, the imaginary A-18 frequency from 0200 (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX
LISTENING DIGEST)

** GUAM. Correxion: not 12140.010, as I wrote, but 12040.010, fixed:

12040.010, UT Sunday April 1 at 2208, KSDA, AWR with preaching in English,
praise music, seems some IADs - intermittent audio dropouts, good S9+10; NOT
`Wavescan`. There had been some contradictory info about whether WS was on this
transmission, which is not in English every day, such as UT Saturday (Glenn
Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)

** NIGERIA [non]. 11530, April 5 at 1945, no signal from WRMI with R. Herwa,
but JBA carrier, from? I was thinking Denge Welat for Kurdistan, but latest
schedules have it on 9525 instead by this hour. Also woodenly HFCC registered
is Spain on 11530. Herwa via WRMI may have been removed as a defective 6+
minute episode was last heard March 29, but have not been checking every day
since. New // 11625 via France not heard either. OR, maybe both have belatedly
been moved to the HFCC time of 1900-1930* (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING
DIGEST)

** NORTH AMERICA. 6935-USB, April 6 at 0002-0004*, rock music S9+10. Lots of HF
Undergrounders say it was KOOT:

(Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)

** NORTH AMERICA. 6945-USB, April 6 at 0009-0027* old SF drama, S9+10. Many
logs of this as unID station, but playing `X-Minus One` episode "No Contact":

(Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)

** NORTH AMERICA. 6935.685V-AM, April 6 at 0117, VP S6-S8 music, 0119 talk, but
can`t make it out. Signal is varying as I listen, so capital V --- signals
known to vary over a longer period of time should get a lower-case v. Many more
unID logs of it:
https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,41563.0.html
(Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)

** NORTH AMERICA. 6905-LSB, April 6 at 0120, music at S6-S8, wild stuff, SFX,
gunfireish, electronic dance music. 0124 I tune away to check else, and back at
0125 now it`s in AM, or LSB+USB, and ID ``---- Radio, all over shortwave``;
0132 during vamping music at least three more IDs I can`t fully copy; 0133 ``On
your radio, shortwave``, and off. These say it was Cool AM Radio:

(Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)

** PERU. 5980, April 4 at 2359, VP carrier from R. Chaski, until cutoff at
0000:17* April 5. This is 17 seconds earlier than last check March 31. 24 hours
later, April 5-6, inaudible in noise level, maybe off (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX
LISTENING DIGEST)

** SRI LANKA. 11905, April 6 at *0114 SLBC carrier on, S6-S9 with flutter, but
undermodulated, 0114:51 prélude audible, and 2+1 mis-timesignal about 5 seconds
later than 0115 (Glenn Hauer, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)

simultaneously but two words behind, on WBCQ, 7490.05v, S8-S9. Also confirmed

UNIDENTIFIED. 4017-USB, UT Friday April 6 at 0137-0146+, QSO between two guys
never IDing, about climate, winter storm approaching, weather-bug, an app?
Informal part of a MARS net? Last very similar log almost a year ago: ``Apr 21,
2017 - 4017-USB, UT Fri April 21 at 0110, yet another weak net, probably MARS.
Seems everyone likes to gather circa 8 or 9 pm local, a peak time for T-storms
this yearpart.`` But this time no other nets heard in the 4.0s (Glenn Hauser,
OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)

UNIDENTIFIED. 9302 approx., April 4 at 2352, extremely distorted spurblob with
talk modulation cadence, no better readability in FM mode (they should emulate
RHC). Suspected out of 9350 bigsig from WWCR in Oldtimeradio? But can`t get a
definite match. 9350 off at 2359* but still something around 9302 (Glenn
Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
