I am hearing a het on about 3375.07 kHz this morning from 0915 tune-in. (Hard to determine the precise frequency because it’s covered by TV raster noise.) Switching the antenna directions indicates it’s strongest from the south, consistent with Radio Municipal. It wasn’t there two days ago. (Art Delibert, North Bethesda, MD, USA 10/25/18)
