little fluttery signal, but not annoying.
Sounded like SPEECH to crowd discussion broadcast transmission.

carrier. Tomorrow if on air, I will try to hear it in Friol, where
conditions are much better than here in Lugo.
CONGO, Democratic Republic, 6210.19, Radio Kahuzi, Bukavu, 1640-1710 ,
18-01, Frech, comments, mentioned "Congo", "Les Congolais", at 1700
English, religious comments. At first fair signal but now deteriorated and
became almost inaudible.
