Yes, Rudolf, Radio Nacional Arcángel San Gabriel on air now on 15475.97, Here 
in Spain no signal but via SDR Kiwi remote receiver in Pardinho, near Sao Paulo 
strong carrier, very weak audio now, 1355-1406, 19-03, Spanish, comments, male, 
female. The first time this year for this station. Past year on air at this 
time, instead of 1800-2100 UTC for previous years.

Hi Manuel,
I am listening a poor signal on 15476 kHz now. A regular carrier, but a poor 
signal, a better reception with a headphone. It seems Spanish. Two ladies on 
the microphone.
Can you check this reception in Spain, please? It seems Radio Nacional 
Arcangel... but on this time???
