Language is definitely Spanish, but I haven't yet been able to pick out an

I'm hearing a weak station on 4940 kHz right now (2305 UTC) with music.
SAL-12 antenna favors a southerly direction.  Could it be Radio San
Antonio, making one of its occasional appearances?
