252khz 0040UTC Wed Nov 20 in Laramie, WY While doing a quick bandscan for beacons, I came across some jazzy chill-out type music on 252khz. A quick internet search found me the Radio Algeria Chaine 3 webstream and it appears to be a match.
252khz is pretty weak and static ridden here, but I'm pretty sure on this one!
