It would appear they're operating with the new night time facilities. 5KW/3 towers day remains unchanged but they had been 1kw/2 towers nights. It appears the 3500 Watt/3 tower night consturctuon permit facilities is now licensed, so that would suggest its in use. (They had been operating with 1.25kw day/250watts night non directional while doing work on the array)
