Paul, I heard them with different slogans:
"Your Hometown Station"
"Your Hometown Country Station"
I had a feeling that they were able to change the slogan during the night
and also the format changed. Then it was "all pop" or "all country" so to
say...
During this winter I had a period of watching 1380kHz quite closely and
sometimes it was confusing to distinguish CKPC from WABH (NY) which plays
country too.
(I am listening in the middle of Europe)

What is their format? Someone tells
Me it?s soft rock and pop, but checking their webstream... it?s all country

I?ve had oldies/AC music that I can?t ID, but it?s well after sunrise in
the CKPC area

My Mystery 1380 is not KCII, KCIM, KRKO..... not Beloit, WI.

amazingly strong for a broadcast listed for the opposite direxion to

I am well aware of such a common possibility. I make a point of this because as
received here it is far more than a ``remnant``. Glenn

50 minutes ago and here is the reply in about half hour:

"Dear Manuel,

we confirm your reception report and thank you very much.
WoR
We are running a few hundred watts into a dipole antenna. At the moment we
are testing with a friend`s transmitter, but we hope that soon we will be
on air with our own transmitting equipment and hopefully with a better
antenna and some more power.

We are looking forward to hearing from you again.

** CANADA. 346-MCW kHz, Feb 7 at 0706, ND beacon dash and YXL, which
is 500 watts from Sioux Lookout, Ontario. I was tuned to 347-USB.

382-MCW kHz, Feb 7 at 0708, NDB dash and YPL, which is 1000 watts from
Pickle Lake, Ontario. Both audible despite storm noise crashes from SE
USA and I hope temporary local buzz noise level. See also USA (Glenn
Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CHINA [non]. 15700, Feb 7 at 1502, CRI Plus relay via CUBA is
S9+10/20 but undermodulated; in news all about how China is coping
with the Coronavirus; did they explain why the late Dr Li was
persecuted? Missed the first part; only one other item, about Iowa
caucuses before 1505 `World Today` discussion, calling up scholars(?)
in Glasgow and Barcelona who appear to be great admirers of China.
Enough of that (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CUBA. 6000, Feb 7 at 1451, RHC is still on here at S9, but JBM,
suptorted during `Estampas de Cuba`, non-philatelic. Something`s
always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CUBA. 13505, 13570, 13635, 13765, 13830, 13895, 13960 approx., Feb
7 at 1455, FM/AM spurblob constellation out of RHC 13700 at plus and
minus 65 kHz intervals. 13505 only a trace; 13895 louder than closer
13830 at least when I tune by. 13765 wipes out Radio Farda via
Lampertheim, Germany scheduled for a dekahour, 0530-1530. Something`s
always wrong at RHC.

Off topic on the IRCA MW iog, and quoted on WOR 2020, Phil Karn
explains: ``I'm thinking of how these spurs could have been generated.
Given that they seemed to be centered around the main transmission, I
can easily see how a conventional plate-modulated class-C AM
transmitter could develop spurious oscillations that would appear as
harmonically related sidebands of the main signal, with the varying
high voltage (due to the modulation) frequency modulating those
spurious emissions. They could really use a new transmitter, but I
suspect they won't get one for a while. Phil``
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CUBA. 15140, Feb 7 at 1508, RHC is S9/+10 of dead air; while weaker
// 15230 is OK. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK,
WOR)

** OKLAHOMA [and non]. 1320.0, Feb 7 at 1621 UT check on the R75 with
E-W longwire, dominant signal is in political talk, not sports, so
KWHN, Fort Smith AR; with the rotatable DX-398 on 1319.96, I can
separately get sports talk from SW, which is modulation from KCLI
Clinton (Glenn Hauser, Enid, WOR)

** TURKEY. 5960, Feb 7 at 2322, zero signal English to North America
from VOT, so expect no bonus German either at 0000 (Glenn Hauser, OK,
WOR)

** U S A. 365-MCW kHz, Feb 7 at 0707, ND beacon AA, which is 100 watts
from Fargo - Harwood, North Dakota. Was tuned to 363-USB.

400-MCW kHz, Feb 7 at 0709, ND beacon AHQ, which is 25 watts from
Wahoo, Nebraska. Vs storm noise from SE USA and local buzz. See also
CANADA (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A. 12788-USB, Feb 7 at 2205, VP S1-S3, marine weather broadcast
obsessed with nothing but wind direxion and speed in knots; and seas
in feet, for various Atlantic ocean grids. EiBi shows only station on
this frequency is USCG New Orleans, NMG, with several broadcasts
including this one at 2130-2245. Unlike some other USCG, like
Chesapeake, NMG with decent modulation by OM robovoice (Glenn Hauser,
OK, WOR)

** U S A. 7340-7345-7350, Feb 7 at 2312 check, Radio Mart? well
received with few dropouts via Colombia KiwiSDR; no problem tuning it
here like some have been reporting; I understand the mode at GB is
DRM-B. Readout shows only RM, nothing on a second channel; bring back
Willis Conover! (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

Barack Obama, a homosexual, and his transvestite wife``. What horrible

as she likes to run around the house in her underwear when it`s warm,

USA Checked the otherwise skip signals across MA, MI sites,
on various remote SDR rxs units.

7490.067 WBCQ poor S=5 or -88dBm signal into Alamabama remote unit.
At 0317 UT on Febr 8.

5800even kHz WRMI pure international music program like Satchmo+trumpet
of the 60ties, ID WRMI few times given at 01.45-02.00 UT slot,
sharp TX off at 02.00 UT.

R Marti Greenville on 6125 (10kHz wideband) and 7435 kHz but also scratch
jamming co-ch noted at 02.56 UT.

6180 kHz CRI Chinese from Quivican San Felipe TITAN relay site, but noted
then also 03.00-03.02 UT with CRI English program, a much late switch by the
RadioCuba technician, heard after the switch from 03.03 UT on 5910even kHz
CRI English, S=9+20dB in remote Detroit MI rx unit.
{btw. R Nacional do Amazonia 6180 was nearly even fq, no buzz heterodyne
against CRI from Cuba anymore.}

CUBA 4765even R Progreso nice Latin mx feeling, S=9+20dB signal in Alabama,
but annoying QRM by CODAR signals in 60 meterband unfortunately,
4884 to 4914, and 4763 to 4792 kHz at 02.12 UT Febr 8.

Both Bauta outlets with excellent clean audio quality at 02.19 UT:
Rebelde 5025 even and RHC Sp 5040 \\ 6060 even,
S=9+30dB 9.6 kHz wide audio block visible.
Even up to 20 kHz wide on 5040 kHz channel.

Also BRA R Clube do Par? 4885.024 kHz suffered, \\ web 690 kHz player.

Only 5% modulation on RHC 5999.994 kHz from TITAN 250 kW site, English but
powerhouse S=9+40dB carrier otherwise.
\\ 6145even from Bauta site at 02.40 UT.

UNID 4980 a weak signal noted in AL and FL remotes,
likely tiny exciter signal of WRMI Okeechobee ? 02.16 UT.

[selected SDR options, span 12.5 kHz RBW 15.3 Hertz]
