Hi all, Hearing in central UK what seems to be be an Eastern European station, possibly Russian on 3166.3kHz at 2234 UTC with good strength, SINPO 32233.
I've been listening for a while and no obvious ident heard. Anyone any bright ideas as to what it is? Radio Kenwood TS-990S, 134ft Carolina Windom up 12 mtrs...
