The original call sign for this station was KQYX, but it was changed to WMBH 
in 2001.  Doesn't anyone at the FCC ever look at a map?  Why would a station in 
Joplin qualify for a W call???

WMBH-AM 1560 Joplin, MO 500 Watt non directional daytimer at 720pm central. 
Been chasing a sports station under KNZR and KGOW for a week or two but could 
never nail it down as there were two possibilities and I couldnt rule either 
one out based on location. Finally heard a mention of Joplin in a radio 
commercial tonight.
