The original call sign for this station was KQYX, but it was changed to WMBH in 2001. Doesn't anyone at the FCC ever look at a map? Why would a station in Joplin qualify for a W call???

Been chasing a sports station under KNZR and KGOW for a week or two but could never nail it down as there were two possibilities and I couldnt rule either one out based on location. Finally heard a mention of Joplin in a radio commercial tonight.
