         18 kHz wideband audio block.
         Also 10 kHz wide OTHR signal in Far East Asia too.

21799.649...645 wandered 06.53 UT June 9 SOH Xi Wang Zhi Shen. Miaoli
               S=7 at Hiroshima JPN remotedly. Unstable fq unit.
21799.698 2300-1000 TWN SOH Xi Wang Zhi Shen. Miaoli S=3-4 Hiroshima
21800even 0400-0500 CHN CNR1 Jammer/Firedrake. S=6-7 04.20 UT June 8.
         S=8-9 on June 9, 2020.

How do you know it was SOH and not rather CNR1 jamming ...
SOH - mostly much ODD fq.


CHN CNR1 fullpower jammers from DongFang Hainan isl, Urumqi or Kashgar sites
instead
as 20 kHz wideband audio block visible on the Perseus software screen;

... and mostly exact even frequency or minus / plus 2-3 Hertz odd fq only
