Now Pip is back on 3756 kHz, but audio is still present on 4625 kHz.

Looks like Russian operators made an error and put up audio from
"buzzer" and "pip" simultaneously on 4625 kHz. First time I noticed
that was aroud 15:30 UTC, still present:
Pip is absent from both 3756 and 5448.
