Radio Cairo is back on SW!!

Hearing it on 9900 from start of the English service at 2115 UTC.
Strong carrier with distorted audio, clear at times. No doubt that its
Cairo.
I can't remember the last time the English service was on SW but its
been quite a while,
although they have continued to register a limited entry in the HFCC for
several years,
so there was always a chance that they might return. Now it just needs
someone to sort out the modulation!

Thanks to Peter for the tip.
