** ANTARCTICA. 15475, March 10 at 2155, very briefly seems to be a
signal here, not 15476, into Argentine SDR, LRA36? But then no trace
either on another Arg SDR, surely funxional from waterfall.

For this date had been publicized a 6-hour broadcast starting at 2100
on 15476 USB as via AER El Dial; see:
http://radioclub.perche.free.fr/?p=11616
That page also linx to LRA36 audio archives, new to me:
https://www.radionacional.com.ar/tag/lra-36-arcangel-san-gabriel/

However, soon after that went out on the WOR iog, Eduard in Moskva
said he had been JB hearing it until 1600! Kari Kallio, Finland, was
hearing something into Brasil at 2151 on 15474.90 (Glenn Hauser, OK,
WOR)

** CANADA. 6007 USB, March 10 at 0736, Trenton Military found here!
with usual VOLMET; S9+20, nice clear frequency, nothing on 6005 or
6010, but missing from 6754. Someone must have grossly mispunched the
keypad and unlikely to land here again! What else is wrong?

I copy for about 5 minutes: Split [Croatia]; Ancona-Falconara [Italy]
= no report received; Thule; Ancona-F NRR; Ancona-F NRR. Terminal
Forecasts: Zagreb NRR; Split NRR; Ancona-F; Thule NRR; At 0739 gives
own time as ``0635z`` --- after years their own clock is still more
than an hour off! Then Shannon, Prestwick, Keflav?k; Lajes NRR...

We can only hope that in matters of life-and-death, Canada`s military
achieve a bit more accuracy.

Jon Collins, Birmingham UK, was hearing Trenton on 6754 at 2345 March
10. Recheck here March 11 at 0039 UT: on proper 6754 USB, but ``time,
2335z`` (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CHINA [and non]. 15340, March 10 at 1622, Chinese talk and bit of
opera, S9+10 with heavy flutter, no doubt CNR1 jammer * per Aoki vs
Sound of Hope, Pingtung, Taiwan, relaying RFA at 0000-1703 (Glenn
Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CUBA. 11670, March 10 at 0637, RHC English S8/9+10 and sounding
weaker // 11760 S9/+10. Only remaining // is much louder 6000 at
S9+20/30. Something`s always wrong at RHC. 0753 recheck, both still on
with dead air while 6000 is off (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** KOREA NORTH [and non]. 9100, March 10 at 0745, heavy noise jamming
atop presumed Korean talk amounting to S7/S9; i.e. Echo of Hope abbr`d
nonsensically to `VOH`, one of 7 frequencies with new 7640 added as
heard by Ron Howard with clip on WOR 2181. Not all of them are jammed?
Each may shift 5 kHz; this one could be 9095 or 9105 (Glenn Hauser,
OK, WOR)

** NORTH AMERICA. Mix Radio International, unsolicited but nice
appreciated eQSL received March 7 in response to my reporting hearing
them with classical on WOR 2179. Log was on UT Feb 19:
https://www.w4uvh.net/MixRIntl_11950_11935.jpg
or #139 via http://www.worldofradio.com/QSL.html
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** TURKEY. 5960.003+, March 10 at 2300, VOT English manages to be on
air today, VG S9+30/40 into UTwente. 2315 `Weekly Commentary` on EQ
aid from various countries, notably Israel as relations improve. 2323
`Feeling Supreme/The Healing Supring`, repeat about the health
benefits of dill, this time read by a woman without the heavy accent.
2330 music. 2343 `Did You Know That` repeat about copper handicrafts;
music. 2352 s/off, 2353 IS to 2355* uncovering XJPBS which had been
JBA underneath, std denunciation (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A. 420 MCW kHz, March 10 at 0748 UT, PK, 25-watt nondirexional
beacon at Olathe/Herbb KS, JBA at the edge of the persistent local
noise hump peaking around 400.

356 MCW kHz, March 10 at 0759, ODX, 25-watt NDB at Ord, Nebraska
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A. 9330 WBCQ missing for a week: this twit has now been posted:
``Allan Weiner @AllanWBCQ ? Mar 9 --- Worlds Superstation down again.
Transmitter problems. We are working on it. We need good transmitter
engineers. Great station-good salary. Come work for us. Resumes to

** U S A. 9475, March 10 at 2115, WTWW is back on air inbooming with
PPPP on SFAW. George McClintock updates us: was off air for several
days, due to windstorm causing power outages in Nashville area, also
at his home for almost a week. Rhombic antennas had broken wires, some
still sagging and need to be tightened up out of reach. Other two
transmitters remain nonfunxional. Station is still for sale and is
working on some leads. Schedule during DST will stay same in CT = UT
