Hi Lorenzo,

Sounds very much like one of those Babcock’s (now Encompass) tests on

  Hello,
I was having a DX session from Cesenatico (Centaly Italy Adriatic
costs) around 17:00 UTC and I got this broadcast
  (https://1drv.ms/u/s!An09DwmPU2Lnig-jcLu8UbySjSqe?e=xhEir0) at 11945.
  No talking, only reggae songs.

I cannot find anything related to this frequency on the internet. Can
  you help in identifying it?
  Is this a pirate?

  Thank you
