Since 0548 UT Sept 2 I have been getting this strange unID again, at first direct about 7400.49, after 0600 JBA but enough to get a synch readout at Georgia, Utah, KFS SDRs. Talk, previously enough audible to be American accent preacher. Fq varies a bit constantly.
