WORLD OF RADIO 2262 monitoring: NOT confirmed UT Saturday Sept 28 at 0300 on WTWW 5085, as George McClintock notified at 0240: ``WTWW transmitter problems --- Glenn, The #1 transmitter was throwing off the driver breaker. Found that the neutralizer plate was too close to the boiler which has full plate voltage. This caused the transmitter to only run 40 KW. We are now able to run 100 KW. However, the studio lost power today due to the storm and was unable to feed Brother Stair to WTWW. Power will return by Sunday. I am having to take BRo. Stair directly off his website. This caused the #1 & 2 transmitters to be uncontrolable by remote control. So your program cannot air tonight (Friday). I did run Stair on 9930 from transmitter #2 today Friday). #2 transmitter had a set of its own problems. I am activating a 2nd computer which should correct the problems.
